Guest Arrival
Guests are contacted a week prior to their visit to set up an agreed arrival time so there is always someone at the property to greet them.
Meet and Greet
Upon arrival, guests are shown around the house and property. All amenities, house rules and guidelines are explained clearly so guests feel at home during their stay.
Availability
Guests are welcome to contact me throughout their stay if they have any questions, recommendations or grievances.
Changeover Cleaning
Due to the quick turnaround of summer bookings, changeover cleaning must be managed with the greatest precision and care.
Guests must check out by 10am and new guests check in from 4pm.
End of stay inspection
Although basic wear and tear is generally accepted, an inspection is held at the end of each check out to make sure no significant damage has been made to the house or property. Once the inspection is completed, you are notified so that the return of your guests' security deposit can be arranged.
